What is Cranix?
Cranix is a connected set of desktop apps — starting with Cranix One (communication) — that share a single Cranix account through Cranix Core.
Is it available yet?
Cranix One is in closed beta. The other apps are in development and marked “coming soon”. There's nothing to download here just yet.
Do I need an account, and does it cost anything?
One Cranix account works across all Cranix apps, and it's free. Optional extras may come later, but the core stays free.
Are my messages private?
In Cranix One you can turn on end-to-end encryption for direct messages. When it's on, we can't read them. If you lose both your password and your recovery code, encrypted history can't be recovered by anyone.
How do I reset my password or set up two-factor?
Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. To turn on two-factor authentication, sign in and open your account page.
