Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any software provided by Cranix Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. CranixCloud Terms

• Affiliation: CranixCloud is an independent project and is NOT affiliated with SoundCloud.
• Copyright: You agree not to use CranixCloud to download content illegally. You are responsible for complying with all applicable copyright laws.

2. Cranix Bot Terms

• Abuse: You may not use Cranix Bot to spam, harass, or violate Discord's Terms of Service.
• Availability: We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to ban specific servers for abuse.

3. CranixOne Terms

• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use CranixOne for illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment. We operate a zero-tolerance policy.
• Beta Status: As software currently in development, CranixOne may contain bugs or experience data loss. Use at your own risk during the beta phase.

4. Cranexus Terms (Fair Play)

• No Cheating: Cranexus is an analytics tool. It does not inject code into games or provide unfair advantages (cheats/hacks). Attempting to use our software for cheating is prohibited.
• API Usage: We respect the API Terms of Service of the game developers (Riot, Valve, etc.). We are not affiliated with these developers.

5. CraNotes Terms

• Data Responsibility: While we encrypt data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your critical notes, especially during the beta testing phase.

6. Software "As Is"

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY: ALL CRANIX LTD SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE BUG-FREE OR SECURE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our software constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
